Recipe

Ingredients:
  • White Rum - 30 ml
  • Pineapple Juice - 80 ml
  • Coconut Milk - 30 ml
  • Crushed Ice - 適量 cups
Instructions:
  1. Pour white rum, pineapple juice, and coconut milk into a cocktail shaker
  2. Fill the shaker with ice to about 80% capacity
  3. Close the shaker with strainer and top
  4. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds
  5. Fill a Collins glass with crushed ice to 80% capacity
  6. Pour the shaken mixture into the glass
  7. Garnish with pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry, add a straw
