Tiffin Lemon Soda
Description
Tiffin Lemon Soda is a refreshing long cocktail beloved as the birthday drink for October 23rd. Based on 'Tiffin,' a Darjeeling tea liqueur developed over 20 years by a venerable German manufacturer, the addition of lemon's acidity and soda's carbonation creates a light and easy-to-drink flavor reminiscent of iced tea. With a relatively low alcohol content of about 7%, it's popular among women. The harmonious blend of tea's elegant aroma and lemon's freshness represents a positive and proactive outlook on life.

In the early 1900s, the owner Heinrich Riemerschmidt, an avid tea lover, spent 20 years experimenting to create a tea liqueur, eventually perfecting 'Tiffin.'
