Recipe
Ingredients:
- Prucia (Plum Liqueur) - 20 ml
- Champagne - 80-100 ml
Instructions:
- Chill champagne flute thoroughly
- Pour Prucia liqueur into the bottom of the glass
- Tilt the glass and slowly pour champagne
- Gently stir with the back of a spoon
- Garnish with a plum slice on the rim
