Recipe

Ingredients:
  • Prucia (Plum Liqueur) - 45-60 ml
  • Perrier (Sparkling Water) - 90-120 ml
  • Ice - 適量 cubes
Instructions:
  1. Fill a tumbler glass 80% with ice
  2. Pour Prucia (plum liqueur) into the glass
  3. Slowly pour chilled Perrier
  4. Gently stir to mix
  5. Float a lemon slice on top
