Recipe

Ingredients:
  • Islay Whisky (Bowmore recommended) - 20 ml
  • Mozart Black Chocolate Liqueur - 15 ml
  • Kahlúa Coffee Liqueur - 15 ml
  • Fresh Cream - 10 ml
Instructions:
  1. Moisten the rim of the cocktail glass with lemon
  2. Dip in cinnamon powder and rotate the glass once to create a snow-style rim
  3. Lightly tap the bottom of the glass to remove excess cinnamon powder
  4. Add ice to the shaker
  5. Add Islay whisky, Mozart Black Chocolate Liqueur, Kahlúa, and fresh cream
  6. Shake vigorously
  7. Strain into the cinnamon snow-style cocktail glass
  8. Float shaved bitter chocolate on top to complete
