Description

Recipe

Ingredients:
  • Dry Vermouth - 30 ml
  • Sweet Vermouth - 30 ml
  • Lemon Juice - 20 ml
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Ginger Ale - 適量 ml
  • Ice - 適量 cubes
Instructions:
  1. Pour 30ml of dry vermouth into a shaker
  2. Add 30ml of sweet vermouth and 20ml of lemon juice
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar
  4. Add ice and shake well
  5. Fill a Collins glass with ice
  6. Strain the shaken mixture into the glass
  7. Top with ginger ale and stir lightly to complete
