Recipe
Ingredients:
- Gin (Beefeater) - 30 ml
- Cassis liqueur (Lejay Creme de Cassis) - 15 ml
- Peach liqueur (Lejay Creme de Peche) - 15 ml
- Grapefruit juice - 60 ml
- Grenadine syrup - 5 ml
Instructions:
- Fill shaker with ice
- Pour 30ml gin
- Add 15ml cassis liqueur
- Add 15ml peach liqueur
- Pour 60ml grapefruit juice
- Add 5ml grenadine syrup
- Shake well and strain into goblet glass filled with crushed ice, garnish and serve with two straws
