Recipe
Ingredients:
- Aperol - 45 ml
- Soda Water - 135 ml
- Lemon - 1/8 piece
Instructions:
- Fill Collins glass with large ice cubes
- Pour 45ml Aperol
- Lightly squeeze lemon and add the juice
- Gently pour 135ml soda water to avoid foaming
- Lightly stir with bar spoon
- Garnish with lemon slice
- Add orange slice if desired
