Recipe
Ingredients:
- Cachaça - 50 ml
- Blue Curaçao - 15 ml
- Lime - 1/2 個
- Sugar - 2 tsp
- Ice - 適量 適量
Instructions:
- Cut off the stem part of the lime
- Cut lime in half lengthwise and remove the white pith
- Cut lime into 6-8 pieces
- Put lime pieces in old fashioned glass
- Add sugar
- Muddle lime with muddler (be careful not to extract bitter oils from skin)
- Pour cachaça and blue curaçao
- Stir well to dissolve sugar
- Add crushed ice to finish
