Recipe
Ingredients:
- Espresso (Double Shot) - 60 ml
- Sugar or Simple Syrup - 適量 tsp
- Ice - たっぷり cubes
Instructions:
- Extract espresso as double (double the amount of coffee beans and water)
- Add sugar or preferred flavor syrup and espresso to shaker and mix
- Add plenty of ice and shake vigorously
- Continue shaking until crema (foam) forms beautifully
- Pour into cocktail glass or flute glass
