Recipe
Ingredients:
- Green Chartreuse - 45 ml
- Lemon Juice - 20 ml
- Grapefruit Juice - 20 ml
- Egg White - 1 個
Instructions:
- Add Green Chartreuse to shaker
- Add fresh lemon juice
- Pour in grapefruit juice
- Add one egg white
- First perform dry shake without ice
- Add ice and shake vigorously again
- Double strain into chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with lime twist and elderflower
