Recipe

Ingredients:
  • Gin - 30 ml
  • Benedictine - 10 ml
  • Curacao - 10 ml
  • Cherry Brandy - 10 ml
  • Grenadine Syrup - 10 ml
  • Lime juice - 22.5 ml
  • Pineapple juice - 60 ml
  • Angostura Bitters - 少々 dash
Instructions:
  1. Fill shaker with ice
  2. Add gin, Benedictine, curacao, cherry brandy, and grenadine syrup
  3. Add lime juice, pineapple juice, and bitters
  4. Shake vigorously
  5. Strain into ice-filled hurricane glass
  6. Garnish with maraschino cherry and pineapple slice
  7. Serve with straw
