Recipe

  • Mineral Water - 適量 適量
  • Ice - 適量 適量
Instructions:
  1. Fill highball glass with ice

  3. Place back of bar spoon at contact point between glass rim and water surface
  4. Keep bar spoon laid flat and stable
  5. Gently pour whiskey along the back of the bar spoon
  6. Pour slowly to create even layers
  7. Complete when beautiful two layers form
  8. Garnish with lemon peel if desired
