Recipe
Ingredients:
- Whiskey - 45 ml
- Mineral Water - 適量 適量
- Ice - 適量 適量
Instructions:
- Fill highball glass with ice
- Pour chilled mineral water to 70% full
- Place back of bar spoon at contact point between glass rim and water surface
- Keep bar spoon laid flat and stable
- Gently pour whiskey along the back of the bar spoon
- Pour slowly to create even layers
- Complete when beautiful two layers form
- Garnish with lemon peel if desired
