Solaire is an innovative cocktail that expresses the warmth of the sun. The sweetness of white peach, nuttiness of amaretto, and rich flavor of macadamia nuts harmonize exquisitely, with orange juice bringing everything together. Most characteristic is the use of grated daikon radish as garnish, which surprisingly harmonizes with the fruit sweetness, creating a unique work that pioneered new flavor territories.
