Ingredients:
- Lejay Cassis - 30 ml
- Orange Juice - 120 ml
- Soda Water - 60 ml
- Lemon Juice - 10 ml
Instructions:
- Fill highball glass with plenty of ice
- Pour Lejay Cassis into the bottom of the glass
- Slowly add fresh orange juice
- Add a few drops of lemon juice for acidity
- Fill the glass with soda water
- Stir lightly from bottom with bar spoon
