Recipe
Ingredients:
- Prosecco - 100 ml
- Grapefruit Juice - 60 ml
- Grenadine Syrup - 1 tsp
- Ice - 適量 pieces
Instructions:
- Chill champagne glass thoroughly with ice
- Ensure Prosecco and grapefruit juice are well chilled beforehand
- Remove ice from the chilled champagne glass
- Pour grapefruit juice into the glass
- Add 1 teaspoon of grenadine syrup
- Slowly and gently pour Prosecco, filling glass 8-9 full
- Lightly stir 1-2 times with bar spoon and garnish to complete
