Description

Campari Tonic is a refreshing long cocktail that combines the traditional Italian bitter liqueur 'Campari' with tonic water. The complex and elegant bitterness of Campari perfectly matches the subtle bitter notes from quinine in tonic water, while lemon adds a balancing acidity. Ideal as an aperitif, it stimulates the appetite and prepares the palate for dining. The beautiful red color provides visual appeal, making it a passionate Italian-style cocktail.

Origin

In 1862, he opened a café in Milan's Duomo square and later moved to the famous Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. The combination with tonic water became popular in the early 20th century as Campari gained international recognition.
