Recipe

Ingredients:
  • Tequila - 30 ml
  • Midori (Melon Liqueur) - 15 ml
  • Lemon Juice - 10 ml
  • Sugar Syrup - 1 tsp
  • Crushed Ice - 1 cup
  • Salt - 適量
Instructions:
  1. Wet the rim of the glass with water or lemon juice and coat with salt for snow style
  2. Add tequila, Midori, lemon juice, and sugar syrup to the blender
  3. Add 1/2 cup of crushed ice and blend thoroughly
  4. Blend for about 30 seconds until it reaches a sherbet-like consistency
  5. Pour into the salt-rimmed glass using a bar spoon
  6. Insert a short straw
  7. Garnish with lime wheel or mint leaves as desired
