Description
Frozen Daiquiri is a sherbet-style arrangement of the classic Daiquiri cocktail. Based on the Daiquiri born in Cuba's Daiquiri mines in the late 19th century, its current form was perfected in Havana in the 1950s. Recipe
Ingredients:
- White Rum - 40-45 ml
- Lime Juice - 10-15 ml
- White Curaçao - 1 tsp
- Sugar Syrup - 1 tsp
- Crushed Ice - 1 cup
Instructions:
- Fill the blender container 2/3 full with crushed ice
- Add white rum, lime juice, white curaçao, and sugar syrup
- Blend until it reaches a sherbet-like consistency
- Pour into a goblet glass
- Garnish with mint leaves
- Add two straws
- Optionally garnish with a lime slice to complete
